Child safe traffic cones are versatile toys that neither of my little monkeys can resist. They are great for setting up obstacle courses, races, bean bag tosses, etc. However, one of our favorite games is cone stacking. It is a fun way to work on hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills. My preschooler will stack the cones and them my toddler loves to knock them down.
